Danielle offers hourly consulting for Sales, Admissions and Marketing departments with the objective of increasing revenue. As a Senior Sales Director Danielle taught teams how to fill their pipeline with new business and manage large accounts.
Danielle believes in a strengths-based approach that maximizes any individual or team's strengths while improving weaknesses. Many Sales Leaders are swamped and need assistance training around specific topics or need someone to mentor their high performers. This is where Danielle can offer quality training and help implement changes that will help your business grow.

Danielle spent the last 15 years climbing the corporate ladder as a Sales Rep, Sales Trainer and Sales Director at Healthcare companies. She has first hand knowledge on how to recruit, train and retain the best talent on the market.
Danielle built two National Sales Teams, both of whom exceeded their revenue goals year after year. Danielle has also helped hire Business Development Staff, Clinical Directors, Facility Directors, and Physicians.
Danielle holds a B.B.A from Loyola University Maryland and an MBA from Villanova University. Danielle is a Philadelphia Native who loves spending time with her two children and husband.
